What is your pricing?
After understanding your exact needs for app installation and operation, we will suggest the optimal pricing plan. Please contact us via the inquiry form.
What is initial set-up support?
The support includes mobile app proposal, UI / UX design and build support, store submission support, Yappli operational support, and customer attraction support after app release.
Will there be an additional fee charge every time the OS version is updated?
There is no additional fee. As the service is cloud-based, updates are conducted for all Yappli customers.
Is there a minimum contract period?
The contract will be renewed on a yearly basis.
What are Apple Developer Program and Google Play Developer Account?
A developer account that must be registered by the client when submitting the app to Apple or Google.
Please prepare a registered developer account before the completion and submission of the app.
Do you provide post-installation support?
We do. Our Customer Support will respond to any questions you may have regarding the operation of the CMS. In addition, we provide various forms of post-installation support, by hosting operational lectures, providing user manuals and dedicated consultant reporting, etc.
